iReturn: Northrop Grumman's Return to Work Program

The Next Chapter is Yours
When the time is right, we want you back. Whether you left the workforce to care for family, pursue additional education, explore a different career path or any number of reasons, we understand the challenges of returning to the workforce. Our iReturn program is designed to provide coaching opportunities for skills enhancement and development and is committed to supporting participants as they assimilate back into the workforce.
iReturners are full-time employees who, upon hire, have access to an extended network of professionals within our iReturn alumni community. The iReturn program provides assimilation, development and exposure to ensure those returning have the support necessary for success. At Northrop Grumman, we see limitless value in the experience every returner contributes to our business, and we are committed to ensuring we provide opportunities for those looking to return to the workforce.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of a current 2-year career break and will join a community of returners who have successfully returned to the workforce. The way back after a career break starts with iReturn!
