Bettering Our World
Our sustainability ethos defines who we are at Northrop Grumman and how we impact the world around us. From singular engineers feeling empowered to bring the power of their whole selves to a project, to technical teams utilizing artificial intelligence ethically, to facilities managers reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from our operations, doing the right thing is grounded in everything we do. When we identify and manage our sustainability impacts, we define what is possible across our company in order to make a safer and more inclusive world a reality.
Sustainability Reporting
Our Sustainability report provides transparency into our goals, commitments and achievements. It highlights the progress we continue to make along our sustainability journey and how we are delivering long-term value to all of our stakeholders. Our report is prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
The report contains a GRI Standards Index as well as a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Index specific to the Aerospace & Defense Standard.
