Purchasing Information
Purchase orders may be placed via phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. All verbal orders must be followed by written confirmation. Once approved, CEO® will email an order acknowledgement.
Specifications
When placing orders or requests for quotations, please reference the CEO® part number. If not available, please supply a part drawing with physical dimensions and any other pertinent specifications.
Prices
Quotes on standard and custom requirements are available through Sales Representatives or directly through our international distributors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
CEO® guarantees that all components meet specifications provided. The buyer should notify us of any defects or nonconformance within 90 days after receipt of material.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
A RMA number is required to return any product to CEO®. This number is used for efficient internal tracking purposes. Please call your sales representative to obtain an RMA number.
Export Regulations
Items manufactured by CEO® are controlled for export either under the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce or Department of State. For international orders, quoted delivery does not include the time required for export license approval, if needed. Please contact your Sales Representative for the required documentation needed to apply for an export license.
Shipping
Federal Express regular service will be used unless otherwise instructed by buyer. If you prefer another carrier, please provide your account number. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled items being exported out of the United States under approved State Department export license will only be shipped using approved Northrop Grumman freight forwarders.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days for approved customers. To be considered for open terms, please provide CEO® with one bank reference, three trade references, and a D&B number if available. A W-9 will be required for new vendors. Other payment options are cash in advance, COD, and credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards accepted.
