Systems include the LITENING Advanced Targeting Pod, F-35 Electro-Optical Distributed Aperture System and Infrared Countermeasure Systems. LITENING leverages Northrop Grumman SYNOPTICS™ Nd:YAG slabs in LITENING’s Air Space Polarizer assemblies in its laser designator, providing precision targeting.
